Dr Hashmi is the lead consultant in Clinical Neurophysiology in Royal Stoke University Hospital, North Midlands. This centre offers a wide range of electrophysiological investigations to aid in the diagnosis and management of central and peripheral neurological conditions.
He qualified in 2002 and I completed his post graduate general medical and neurophysiology training in UK between 2005 and 2012 when he started his consultant career.
His team include well qualified, skilled and experienced clinical physiologists. He has extensive experience in performing and reporting neurophysiological tests including Nerve conduction/Electromyography, Electroencephalography (including long term recording) and Evoked Potentials.
He runs visual electrophysiology service - including visual evoked potentials, pattern and full field ERGs to diagnose patients with optic nerve, macular or retinal dysfunction. He is involved in training of Neurophysiology trainees in West Midlands.
